1. Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is GlaxoSmithKline Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 47 100 162 481) of 1061

3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEDST on 01/03/2010 and closes 11:59pm AEST
on 30/04/2010 (“the Promotional Period”).
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”).
Purchase of a Panadol Caplets with Optizorb Formulation is not required for entry
into the competition.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated
with this competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse,
parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent),
whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee,
officer or contractor.
6. To enter and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional
Period;
- visit the website www.panadol.com.au;
- participate in the game on the website (“Word Game”); and
- input the requested details including their valid email address and submit their fully completed registration form.
7. To participate in the Word Game, Eligible Entrants must create as many unique
words as possible using the letters from the word “OPTIZORB” within thirty (30)
seconds as timed on the website. There are a maximum of seventy-two (72) acceptable
words. Only words from the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary will be accepted.
Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the makers of Scrabble are not associated with,
and do not endorse, this promotion.
8. Eligible Entrants can submit the Word Game as many times as they like during
the Promotional Period. At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, the Promoter
will review each Word Game submitted by each Eligible Entrant and select the Word
Game with the highest number of correct unique words for each Eligible Entrant.
For the sake of clarity, this means that only one (1) Word Game being the Word Game
with the highest number of correct unique words for each Eligible Entrant will be
counted towards the promotion. For example, if an Eligible Entrant submits three
(3) Word Games during the Promotional Period which correctly identify six (6), seven
(7) and eight (8) correct unique words respectively only the Word Game which contains
eight (8) correct unique words will be accepted.
9. Eligible Entrants will be awarded one (1) entry (“Entry”) for each correct unique

10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all
entries and entrants and the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the
entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage

11. There is one (1) major prize (“Major Prize”) and 250 minor prizes (“Minor Prizes”)
to be won (each also referred to collectively as “Prizes”).
12. Eligible Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize per household (except
in the case of ACT and SA residents).
13. There is one (1) draw (“Draw”) which will take place at 4.00pm (AEST) on 05/05/2010

14. Eligible Entrants drawn in the Draw will be deemed as winners (“Winners”) and
will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) days of the Draw.

16. Both Major and Minor Prize winners will have until 5.00pm (AEST) on 05/08/2010
