1. Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is GlaxoSmithKline Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 47 100 162 481) of 1061

3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEDST on 01/03/2010 and closes 11:59pm AEST
on 30/04/2010 (“the Promotional Period”).
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”).
Purchase of a Panadol Caplets with Optizorb Formulation is not required for entry
into the competition.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated
with this competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse,
parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent),
whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee,

8. Eligible Entrants can submit the Word Game as many times as they like during
the Promotional Period. At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, the Promoter
will review each Word Game submitted by each Eligible Entrant and select the Word
Game with the highest number of correct unique words for each Eligible Entrant.
For the sake of clarity, this means that only one (1) Word Game being the Word Game
with the highest number of correct unique words for each Eligible Entrant will be
counted towards the promotion. For example, if an Eligible Entrant submits three
(3) Word Games during the Promotional Period which correctly identify six (6), seven
(7) and eight (8) correct unique words respectively only the Word Game which contains
eight (8) correct unique words will be accepted.
